Delivery by Venipak (possible only for Baltic states: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia):

• Delivery in Riga - 3 EUR (purchase over 30 EUR - free of charge) 1-2 working days;
• Delivery in Latvia - 5 EUR (over 30 EUR - free of charge) 1-3 working days;
• Delivery to Lithuania, Estonia - 5 EUR (over 50 EUR - free of charge) 1-3 working days;
• Delivery in JAGUAR, Travel Bag - free of charge, 1-2 working days.

Delivery is not available on weekends and public holidays.

Return and exchange of goods - free of charge.
VENIPAK courier will pick up your unsuitable goods from the specified address - for this purpose it is necessary to inform us by e-mail (info@koferi24.lv) about the wish to return or exchange the goods. We will inform you about further actions.

In case of non-receipt of the products in time, (for example, the courier could not contact the buyer on the phone number specified in the order) products will be returned to the online shop, which will refund the purchase price, but not the cost of delivery.

Online shop is not responsible for errors and delays in delivery due to inaccuracies or incomplete data when filling out the order.
